How it works Step 1 ​ Book an in-pers on Bespoke Commission C onsultation* and bring along your ideas. Step 3 Following our agreement you will receive a written quot ation and an estimated time for the design (s) to be made. Step 2 At the appointment we will experiment with ideas until we reach an agreement on a contemporary design that fits your brief. Step 4 A 50% deposit will be required on signing of the agreement when the order is place d with the 50% balance due on completion. *There is a charge of £50 for this service, which is deducted from the final cost should you wish to proceed.   • Shipping & Returns | Claire Grainger

    Shipping & Returns Shipping Policy Postage and packaging are free to UK customers. ​ Small items from the online store will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2-10 working days after checkout. All our items will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, 1st Class and Signed For which is tracked. International shipping prices will vary in accordance with the overall weight and destination. We will inform you of the cost before shipping. Please message us after checkout. ​ Please see our FAQ page for more information. Return & Exchange Policy We hope that all of our customers are happy with the items they have purchased, however, the UK law states that you have a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person (unless it’s bespoke or made to measure /personalised/custom made). We asked that you contact us first if you wish to return an item you have purchased via email at claire@clairegraingerjewellery.com within 14 days or purchase to advise us of your wish to return the item. Provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and you have proof of postage of when you returned them, we will refund the item in full. You are subject to cover the costs of the postage and packing to return the item for a refund and we will only accept items sent Royal Mail Special Delivery 1st Class and Signed For. A refund will be made once we have confirmed that we have received the package. We cannot be held liable for any package not received where no proof of posting was obtained. The cost and safe return of the goods is the customer's responsibility. All personalised/ made-to-order/ made-to-size products are non-returnable and non-refundable, however, they can be resized at an additional cost. In this case, items must be returned in perfect condition as when they were received (along with proof of posting). All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product has been worn.
