How it works Step 1 Book an in-person J ew ellery Redesign Consultation* and bring along your old jewellery, and your ideas. Step 3 Following our agreement you will receive a written quot ation and an estimated time for the design (s) to be made. Step 2 At the appointment we will experiment with ideas until we reach an agreement on a contemporary new design. Step 4 A 50% deposit will be required on signing of the agreement when the order is place d with the 50% balance due on completion. *There is a charge of £50 for this service, which is deducted from the final cost should you wish to proceed.
